Our Construction Engineers make sure the “horse is in front of the cart” and that a project can be successfully completed with few or no change orders. These reviews take an in-depth look at the phasing and scheduling in the plan documents to assure the assumptions are realistic and will result in a bid package that reflects the costs of construction.
