Accurate cost estimates are needed to program for Grant funds, prepare adequate matching funds and provide accurate Engineer’s Estimates for bid purposes. RDM’s experience provides our team with insights on cost estimates and the market driving costs for the project. During construction, we track quantities, materials in progress on a daily basis to keep track of the project budget. If there are unexpected conditions or change orders, they are discussed, estimated and fully track to make sure the owner gets maximum value for their budget.
