Once the condition survey is complete, RDM will project the expectation pavement deterioration over the next several years and provide recommendations on maintenance and rehabilitation programs to insure pavements are in a safe and useful condition. RDM prepares complete project and looks at the entire network – not just a specific area – when creating our recommendations. By having projects planned and budgeted into the future, allows agencies to maximize their funding and possibly apply for discretionary Grants to meet their needs.
