With “just in time” material delivery be used more and more, it is critical to have a realistic schedule that accounts for long-lead time items and sees problems before they develop. RDM has worked with owners and contractors to keep projects on schedule despite significant weather and FAA impacts. We account for those FAA factors in the program schedule and work to eliminate nebulous or unknown components as early as possible.
